Getting started
Who can apply for ComfortPay merchant services?
ComfortPay serves commercial merchants with US clients. You’ll need an active business registration, beneficial owner identification and a domestic commercial checking account.
Can I accept payments without an eCommerce website?
Yes. Hosted payment links let you bill customers through email, invoices or SMS without an eCommerce website.

How do payment links work?
Create a secure payment link for an invoice, then share it through email or a PDF quote. Your customer follows the link to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
Can I connect my WooCommerce store?
Yes. You can connect your WooCommerce storefront to branded hosted checkout and payment links. Our team can help you find the right setup.
Payouts & pricing
When are settlements issued?
Settlements are scheduled for Thursdays and Fridays into your commercial checking account, subject to standard underwriting verification.
How is my merchant quote determined?
Your quote depends on your industry, business profile, average transaction size, monthly processing volume and interchange categories. Request a personalized quote on our Pricing page.
Security
Where are card details entered and stored?
Customers enter card details on the payment processor’s secure checkout. Card numbers, expiration dates and CVVs are never stored on ComfortPay’s website servers.
